Tuesday, December 3rd was #GivingTuesday, an international day of giving, kicking off the charitable giving season. Even better, every day is giving day at Challenged Sailors San Diego!

A donation of $100 will enable someone with a disability such as Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury, Muscular Dystrophy, amputation, Traumatic Brain Injury, visual impairment, hearing impairment, Cerebral Palsy, or ALS to enjoy an afternoon sailing on San Diego Bay.

​​​Challenged Sailors San Diego provides therapeutic and recreational adaptive sailing opportunities for people with disabilities to enhance their dignity, well being, and independence.

Our Mission

Challenged Sailors San Diego has a fleet of eight Martin 16 sailboats specifically designed for adaptive sailing.

Our facilities are accessible and equipped with a lift for transferring sailors from wheelchairs into the boat.
