Setup and Trimming Tips from Don Martin (designer of Martin 16 sailboat)
The 2022 Kyle C. McArthur Memorial Regatta hosted by Coronado Yacht Club on April 29-May 1, 2022 is a major fundraiser for Challenged Sailors San Diego. Martin 16 racing will be be held all days on beautiful Glorietta Bay.
Kyle McArthur was a wonderful young man, a proud Naval Aviator and a great sailor who loved being out on the water more than most. He understood how much sailing could mean to those with disabilities because he often took his disabled sister out on the water with him, and saw the joy a day on the boat brought to her. We began this Regatta to honor Kyle and to support Challenged Sailors San Diego because he would be proud to know he is still helping others to enjoy the life of a sailor.
Each day of the regatta will start and finish at the Coronado Yacht Club in Glorietta Bay.
